You are Worth Every Minute

The more I know myself, the less I am affected by others' opinions of Me!

Getting to know yourself is not an easy thing to do. As a matter of fact it is one of the most difficult things in life. The self-development process requires going deep within your inner self and exposing things and people who are responsible for your brokenness. However, when you don't know who you are life has no meaning, it is unhealthy, and you are unhappy. You find yourself doing crazy things. You talk about other people trying to tear them down, spend all of your money because you think having the latest fashions and name brands will give you an identity and make you happy, you constantly change jobs or careers because you can't get along with the people you work with, and/or you date this man and that man because no man is able to make you happy (and that is not his job anyway) but you get the point.

"The most difficult thing in life is to know yourself"
But it is the most rewarding ~Ms. Tara

It's an inside job!

When you don't know who you are from the inside it is impossible to live in your purpose, the purpose for which God created you. Discovering who you are is the best decision you will ever make. It will take a lifetime getting to know yourself because the more you know the more you grow. Nevertheless it is a journey worth taking!

A few things to keep in mind while on your journey...

  • Be willing to do the work. This means go through the hurts and pains, forgive others and yourself, and allow yourself to go through the healing process.

  • Be open for transformation. Building a personal relationship with your inner-self will cause you to be a better you each and every day.

  • Be willing to go through the process. The journey to self-discovery is an on-going process. You will have some good days and some bad days but don't give up.

Each day, good or bad, gets you closer to discovering your true self and leads you to your God given purpose. Know Thyself because You Are Worth It!
